Pan Pacific Orchard, recently awarded the title of the world’s “Best New Skyscraper” by the CTBUH Awards of Excellence 2024, embodies a pioneering “Hotel in Nature” concept. Located at 10 Claymore Road, it introduces a new benchmark for high-rise tropical hospitality through its open-air architecture and extensive greenery spread across four distinctive terraces — Forest, Beach, Garden, and Cloud. Each level offers unique guest experiences, blending rooms, social spaces, and lush landscapes that reflect specific tropical themes and foster a deep connection with nature.

The design incorporates cascading water plazas, lagoon-style pools, sky gardens, and event venues sheltered beneath a photovoltaic canopy, all unified by verdant green columns that contribute to a 300% replacement of the site area with vegetation. Tailored to Singapore’s humid climate, the cross-ventilated and sheltered spaces enhance comfort while revealing typically hidden hotel activities to the public.
